Cuisinart DS Hard-Anodized Nonstick 8-Inch Open Skillet

good pan, (What's this?) This a very good everyday pan . I have owned three of these over the years , and they are very durable . They don't last forever but they last a long time .I use mine alot . I hand wash it , the surface is very durable.
Cuisinart DS Hard-Anodized Nonstick Open Skillet, (What's this?) The price was right, the quality is there. I like how it cooks. Only a couple of things didn't allow me to rate it 5 stars. The first is that the pan is heavy. Not as easy to handle as Farberware. The other thing is just an annoyance. When you cook something like scrambled eggs, it gets on the gromets that hold the handle on. When that happens it is difficult to get it off them and you have to scrub. The pan itself cooks like a dream. The food practically slides right out of it.
I do have to say that I've only had it a few weeks, so we'll see how it holds up over time, but so far I am happy with the purchase.
awesome pan, (What's this?) I love this fry pan so much I got the 10 inch one also and will get the 12 inch when my existing 12 inch wears out. No stick and dishwasher safe the only way to get better is if it makes dinner for you on it's own.
